This training teaches the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices, or GMPs, for the food production industry. This training focuses on ways to keep manufacturing plants clean and free of contamination. The training is divided into five sections, and each section is based on a specific emergency situation. These sections are; Introduction, General Hygiene, Maintenance Methods and GMPs, GMP Maintenance – Pest Control, and GMPs Production.
