Have you ever responded to an email with the intent to reply to one person and instead hit reply-all? Everyone has been in this position, a time or two. By pressing reply-all in an e-mail the reply message is sent to everyone on the initial e-mail. Hitting reply-all could result in broadcasting a nasty comment about a co-worker, or personal information you meant to share with one person. This course teaches employees the importance of knowing when to use the reply-all feature and how it can be effective within the workplace.
