Empathy is the ability to understand and respond to others. In what is called Artificial Empathy, or AE, AI is being programmed to express empathy in its responses. This training course explores the limits of AI, the importance of human interaction, and how well-taught employees are the best models for AI.
Businesses that express empathy create a culture where employees feel connected and customers remain loyal. AE can be used to enhance empathy through AI tools such as email assistants and chatbots. Viewers are shown the importance of teaching employees authentic empathy, and how AI can be used to reflect that empathy.
