Course Overview
Sexual harassment can inflict serious damage on an organization’s productivity and morale. It is also illegal in California and not tolerated in any workplace, making it imperative all employers, supervisors, and managers are familiar with the comprehensive information presented in this course.
Potentially held liable even if a sexual harassment threat was not carried out or if a threat was only implied, managers and supervisors in California must be aware of every aspect of state and federal harassment law to assure full compliance while establishing and maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. Collectively, the 15 Sections in this course – ranging from a detailed overview of California Sexual Harassment and Federal Workplace Retaliation to California Court Cases, Bystander Intervention, EEO Laws, Abusive Conduct, and Pregnancy and Religious Harassment – clearly define and illustrate California Sexual Harassment laws, complaints, and procedures related to California workplace sexual harassment.
Utilize this course to ensure all managers and supervisors fully understand California workplace sexual harassment and know the best practices for protecting themselves from sexual harassment complaints, while meeting the 2-hour training requirement.
