Choosing A Leadership Theory

Through experience, great leaders have realized that there is no single leadership style that can be defined as fit to all. This course examines various leadership theories to help leaders find their own leadership style. The topics covered include trait theory, contingency theory, behavioral theory, and transformational leadership theory. Each theory is explored in detail to help leaders understand the situations when each style may be best suited.
