Racial bias in the workplace can cause stress and discomfort for co-workers and customers. This course shows employees how to proactively design and execute strategies to address these issues. Focused on showing team members how to create feelings of inclusion and diversity in representation throughout the workplace, this “Take Action” course aims to help reduce the stress racial bias can cause. Learners are introduced to the five key strategies for influencing workplace inclusion by first learning to acknowledge the diversity, inclusion, and equity mistakes people make. Upon exposure to potentially harmful personal actions, the course demonstrates how to take ownership and apologize for them when they occur.
