This microlearning showcases various common practices that have the potential to cause musculoskeletal issues. From high intensity work all the way down to sitting still for too long, from jackhammers to softball bats, this video has it all! Except for lions. We couldn’t find any.
Musculoskeletal conditions are the single leading cause of disability worldwide – in fact, almost 2 billion people suffer from some form of musculoskeletal condition. Some of those issues are caused by factors beyond our control, but some of them are caused by things we can control and easily avoid.
This training series will help you discover dozens of simple strategies you can put into practice before, during, and after work to maximize your overall health and reduce both the likelihood and severity of musculoskeletal injury. You’ll also learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms that something might be wrong and get a few laughs along the way.
