Course Overview


The job interview and the process of hiring the right candidate can be one of the most difficult and stressful aspects of being a manager. It can be just as challenging for the interviewer as it is for the interviewee. As the interviewer, it all boils down to asking the right questions and how, as a leader, you frame the conversation. This training module seeks to demystify much of the interview process from the managerial perspective and offers guidance in sharpening your interview skills. It covers preparation, knowing the role, and therefore appropriately structuring the interview, and asking the right kinds of questions.
