A talented and skilled workforce is the key to an organization’s ability to move faster and do more with less resources. This course shows how setting strong and measurable goals can be done in one of two directions, from the top cascading down or from the bottom cascading up, and how the bottom to top approach is often most effective. Upon learning the process of cascading goals, leaders then learn the two different approaches to goal setting (people-centric and organizational-centric) and which approach is best for showing employees how they impact the success of the business.
