Course Overview

A talented and skilled workforce is the key to an organization’s ability to move faster and do more with less resources. Aligning the workforce to the goals of the organization keeps the everyone moving in the same direction. This course shows how setting strong and measurable goals can be done in one of two directions, from the top cascading down or from the bottom cascading up, and how the bottom to top approach is often most effective. Upon learning the process of cascading goals, leaders then learn the two different approaches to goal setting (people-centric and organizational-centric) and which approach is best for showing employees how they impact the success of the business. Use this course so leaders know how to link each employee to the success of the organization by aligning individual goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
