OSHA Construction: Safe Materials Handling

This training teaches construction workers the safety protocols, according to OSHA, for handling materials, to prevent injuries and to make material handling more efficient. In this training there are tips to avoid back injuries by using tips to lift properly, and proper ways to use machinery like fork lifts, rigging equipment, steel chains, and others. The multimedia presentation explains to properly use machinery, as well as the body, to lift heavy materials. A construction site can be safe, if proper use of machinery and lifting techniques are applied per OSHA standards.
