Course Overview

All federal agencies must comply with the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act, also known as the No Fear Act, that was signed into law in 2002. This course teaches federal agency supervisors and employees their additional rights and responsibilities for lawful compliance. Beginning with annual employee Notification regarding discrimination, this course teaches learners their rights pertaining to whistleblowing, retaliation, and remedies. Clearly and simply, learners are shown how these rights relate to opposing discrimination, filing a discrimination complaint, and participation in a discrimination complaint against a witness. Use this course to ensure all federal agency supervisors refrain from illegal discrimination due to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status or political affiliation, and all federal employees know their protections from illegal discrimination.
