According to OSHA’s standard, 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D on walking and working surfaces, employees must be trained on the nature of fall hazards, how to recognize them, and the procedures to follow to minimize those hazards. This fall prevention training focuses on hazards in walking areas at workplaces. This course goes over these regulations and demonstrates the safe work practices to avoid a slip, trip or fall accident. This video shows the use of several types of fall protection. It emphasizes how to properly put on a harness and make sure the harness is safe. This course shows employees safety tips regarding safety nets, guard rails, and walking safety. This course prepares employees to recognize fall hazards and employ safe work practices to avoid them.
