Workteams And The Wizard Of Oz: Empowered Team Members

When working on a team, members must not only rely on the leader to get them through. Each team member needs to draw from their own strengths, feel empowered and have the confidence to help drive the team toward their goal. This microlearning, using an example from the classic movie, “The Wizard of Oz,” explores how empowered team members discover their hidden strengths to solve problems. This microlearning course provides a short video clip based on a single learning outcome. This course was derived from the full-length e-learning program, “Work Teams and the Wizard of Oz.”
