How To Put a Stop to Negative Attitudes at your Workplace

We all occasionally have a bad day, but no one wants to work around someone who complains constantly. People who bring negative attitudes to work bring everyone down, very quickly.  Sometimes they don’t realize that there is a problem and they are impacting others. Someone may have to take a stand and talk to them about it privately. This can be a co-worker who decides to speak on behalf of the group or a supervisor. Either way the task needs to be approached with consideration.
The Video On Demand course Curing Negativity: Creating Positive Attitudes provides examples of how to address this type of issue in a variety of work settings. Curing Negativity: Creating Positive Attitudes, Government Version demonstrates the same best practices using examples designed to appeal to those working in the Government sector. You learn everything from how to initiate the conversation to following up.
