As a manager it is your responsibility to keep your workplace safe and productive.  Ensuring employees are drug-free and sober is one of the most important duties you have.  Assuring your organization is drug-free helps to warrant that employees perform jobs effectively and safely – and this responsibility lies on all workers at the organization.
