Course Overview

Brainstorming is a long-standing problem-solving method for teams in need of ideas. However, brainstorming can be a slow process resulting in less than ideal solutions. This course introduces a new concept called, “trystorming.” Combining “try” and “brainstorming,” trystorming teaches employees how to link innovative thinking and immediate prototyping to quickly discover, in the course of a meeting, whether ideas will work or not. By outlining each of the processes involved in trystorming, this course shows learners how to creatively develop, try, and narrow down model ideas until the right idea is discovered. Present this course so team leaders understand how to use trystorming in all team activities to generate creatively effective solutions for all business issues and problems.
