Course Overview
Poor sleep negatively affects our health, safety and productivity. In a recent study, 35% of the adults admitted even if they slept the recommend hours, their sleep quality was “poor” or “only fair.” Furthermore, more than 50% of the adult participants claimed poor or insufficient sleep affected their daily activities at least once in the previous week. With an introduction to the four Stages of the sleep cycle, this course shows employees what practices and habits to follow and develop as part of good sleep hygiene, and how to stay awake and alert during long and odd-hour shifts. Present this course to help your team adapt better sleep hygiene habits, so they get both enough and also good quality sleep each night.
